2018
THE FOUNDATION OF THE PROJECT HAS BEEN LAUNCHED
With the participation of our founders and the protocol, the foundation of BAOF Şişli was laid. The features of our 70 flats project, which is planned to be delivered at the end of 3 years;
- 9,477 m2 total construction area
- 5 Types - 70 residences - 2 workplaces, totally 72 independent sections

2019
COMPLETING THE ROUGH CONSTRUCTION
Rough construction of BAOF Şişli has been completed! Work is progressing at full speed in our project, 85% of which has been sold. Interior works, installation and infrastructure works are carried on without interruption.
2020
DELIVERY PHASE
Life is starting soon at BAOF Şişli! The finishing works of our project, of which 90% have been sold, are about to be completed. The keys will be delivered to our neighbors who are waiting to find their new home very soon.
